Before we celebrate.
How do I secure my photo booth booking?
After availability and your quote are approved, both signatures and the retainer are required to confirm your booking. The non-refundable retainer is $100 for the Social Booth or $150 for a print package, applied toward your total. Complete your agreement and retainer within 72 hours of approval. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event unless your approved invoice states otherwise.
Which backdrops can I choose?
Print packages include your choice of a Black or Off-white standard backdrop. Select your preference in your preparation portal after booking.
How long can I access my photos?
Download and save your photos and videos within 30 days after your event. If your working gallery link is delivered later, your 30-day window begins when that link is provided. Please share the deadline with your guests.
What does the venue need to provide?
Please arrange a level, dry setup area with access to a reliable electrical outlet. Outdoor setups require prior approval and weather protection from rain, wind and direct sun. Let us know about stairs, access restrictions and available Wi-Fi when you inquire. Internet access is needed for instant sharing and online uploads; delayed sharing may be necessary when connectivity is unavailable.
Does someone stay to operate the digital booth?
The $299 digital package is drop-off and self-service. We set up the booth, give a brief demonstration, and return for pickup afterward. Guests operate the touchscreen themselves. No on-site attendant is included.
What happens to props at drop-off pickup?
If reusable props are supplied, please gather them from tables and guests and return them to the provided bin before pickup. Normal wear is included. Any replacement prices for missing or severely damaged items must be disclosed and accepted before booking.
Does submitting reserve my date?
Your inquiry starts the conversation. We’ll confirm availability, your quote, and the agreement and payment needed to secure your date.
Can I book more than one service?
Absolutely. Choose Combination in the form and tell us which services you’d like to bring together.
Are travel and extra hours included?
Travel is quoted based on your event location and is confirmed before approval. Additional booth time is $75 per hour, plus tax, subject to availability. Expanded guest coverage and print quantities are confirmed in your personalized quote.
